1. Licence
Alpha is licensed, not sold. A licence lets one installation use Alpha for the plan you choose, on the number of devices your licence allows. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software.
2. Plans and payment
Plans are paid in advance for their period (monthly, 3, 6 or 12 months, or lifetime). Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future periods; a period you have already paid for keeps its price. Your licence code is issued when your payment is received.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee
If Alpha is not right for your business, tell us within 7 days of buying a plan and we refund the full amount you paid for it - no long questions. Your licence code is switched off when the refund is made. The guarantee covers the software plans; custom work made to your order is covered by the agreement made for it before the work starts. Refunds are sent back the way you paid (bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa in Pakistan; the original payment method outside Pakistan).
4. Updates and support
Updates and support are included during an active plan. Support is given over WhatsApp and screen sharing.
5. Your data
Your business data belongs to you and stays on your computer. You are responsible for keeping backups; Alpha makes automatic backups when this feature is switched on.
6. Custom work
Custom features are built as agreed in writing before work starts, including the price, the delivery date and the number of revisions. Custom work is switched on for your licence only.
7. Liability
We take great care that Alpha works correctly, and every release is tested before it is published. To the extent the law allows, RMK Developers is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current plan period.
8. Ending a licence
A licence ends when its plan period ends without renewal, or if these terms are broken. You will be given a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
